Delivery timescales are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for full details. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title to goods passes on receipt of full payment.
Please refer to our Returns Policy. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt without reason. This does not apply to digital products or software once downloaded.
We endeavour to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur. Images are for illustrative purposes only. We accept no liability for minor discrepancies between product images and the actual product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chatabte's liability for any claim arising from the purchase of goods shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant goods. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.
